PHP Version 8.1.1 Released

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 8.1.1. This is a bug fix release.

All PHP 8.1 users are encouraged to upgrade to this version.

ChangeLog:

IMAP:
- Fixed bug #81649 (imap_(un)delete accept sequences, not single numbers).
PCRE:
- Update bundled PCRE2 to 10.39.
- Fixed bug #74604 (Out of bounds in php_pcre_replace_impl).
Standard:
- Fixed bug #81659 (stream_get_contents() may unnecessarily overallocate).
